About the program
Good Days is a national non-profit charitable organization that helps Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients with the cost of intravitreal injection coinsurance, based on financial need. When funding is available, the program can offset some or all of the patient responsibility for AMD, diabetic eye disease, and retinal vein occlusion injections.

Good Days has historically opened and closed enrollment periodically based on funding levels. The program is not currently accepting new applications. You can check the latest status directly at mygooddays.org/check-status.
What to do while the program is closed
If you are unable to afford your injection coinsurance, please do not skip your appointment. Other options may be available:
- Other patient assistance programs (manufacturer foundations, state programs)
- Different medication options that may have different coverage
- Payment plan arrangements with our billing office
